  • OUR CREWS MONITOR SNOW PLOW ROUTES WHENEVER SNOW IS IN THE FORECAST.

  • DURING EACH SNOW EVENT,  SUPERVISORS MONITOR RADAR AND WEATHER REPORTS.  TRUCKS ARE SENT TO OR KEPT IN AREAS WHERE NEEDED.

  • IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER (WITH SIGNED 2008/09 AGREEMENT), IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE SERVICE, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AND HAVE A SUPERVISOR PAGED.

  • WE WILL HELP THOSE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WHO CONTACT US DURING A SNOW EVENT, HOWEVER, MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE SERVICE.

  • SALT / DE-ICING SERVICE WILL BE OFFERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  DUE TO THE ROCK SALT SHORTAGE IN THE MIDWEST, WE MUST LIMIT OUR DE-ICING SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WITH SIGNED AGREEMENTS.  (MORTON SALT AND CARGILL SALT HAVE BOTH LIMITED AND/OR RESTRICTED OUR 2008/09 SALT SUPPLIES)
